By accessing or using Outreach ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Outreach provides a research-first outbound sales platform. Each registered user receives a personal dashboard and may use the Service to discover leads, draft outreach sequences, and send emails via their own SMTP configuration.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account or use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable law or regulation, or to infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are and will remain the exclusive property of Outreach and its licensors. Your data remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outreach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
